For the price this is a very well made pod tray. There are several reviews that indicate the pods get crushed or stuck. This has happened to me, but it's easy to fix/avoid. If your drawer is on a perfectly flat surface (all four legs are in the same plane), the black metal ball that holds the drawer in the drawer slides will work. If you have an uneven surface, the ball will stick to the box and pinch it. This could be solved if they make a solid bottom cap, but to save money/weight/material it wasn't designed that way. have a perfectly working pod box. Mine has been running flawlessly for 3 years now.
