I learned a few lessons building a sit/stand desk and installing this dual mount. Installed 27" HP Pavilion monitors. There was no slippage, no sagging, no problems at all.Installation was easy with a few lessons learned below.However, the lessons I learned are entirely unrelated to this product.The mount is a really great purchase. I paid significantly less than many comparable models and am very happy with the mount.I had to install VESA adapters on both of my monitors which added $55 to the total cost but this mount saved me enough money to make it affordable Findings: 1. Do not install in the presence of toddlers Toddlers love to pick up shiny things This monitor mount requires shiny objects during installation.2. When toddlers make themselves known (even after several gates have been locked around the house), bridle your colorful tongue. As I tried to pry the stands off my monitors, I shouted words that children weren't used to hearing. Toddlers love to learn. When mom repeats "new" words over and over again, babies learn by repeating them. They repeat things out loud. Again and again.3. Make sure your <expletive> monitors are working before you start meticulous cable management. Failure to do this leads to Lesson #2.
