They decided not to answer my questions, asked a few questions, then nothing.

I installed this and it was "broken" before I could use it. The core of the support structure is simply "pressed” into the bracket. Not welded. This may be fine, aside from the obvious fact that there's a retractable lever at the end with a significant amount of weight applying torque to that joint. Now it turns and needs to be welded on, but the bolts were also oil or some other cheap metal so the heads snapped off when installed. I have extensive experience with construction and hand tools. The screws just aren't the right metal, probably aluminum.
