If I could give this a 0 star rating, I would. In any case, it arrived very quickly in the mail, which made me happy. I was VERY skeptical about the product itself. Needless to say it didn't work at all even when I tested a small area and left it on for about 4 minutes. The only good thing about this product is that it doesn't smell as bad as Nair. I spent at least 10€ for this product and am very disappointed. So if nobody can give me any advice on how to use this product and get the right results I can just throw it away and get on with shaving/waxing. :/UPDATE: I tried this on my hands and it seems to work. Tried armpits, didn't help much. Should not work on thicker hair.
