After reading and reading many reviews online I purchased the Cardo Packtalk Slim. Slim attracted me because of the small size of the control unit. Installation was easy and every part held securely to my helmet. This Cardo device is waterproof while Sena devices are waterproof. It takes a bit of practice to remember which buttons do what, but the Natural Voice controls work very well and do most of the things I want to do, such as scrolling. B. Next track. or "Louder". I wear a modular model with a retractable chin, which requires the use of an overhead microphone. The call quality is very good on both sides. I took several calls and could hear and be heard very well. For music, the JBL speakers sound very good, but you have to place them properly over your ears and as close as possible. If you can't fit them perfectly the first time, they are easy to customize. I used the included spacers to help but wish they sounded a little better and were a little louder so they could be heard over bike and wind noise. I have not yet used the intercom features to communicate with a passenger or passengers. I plan to buy another one for my wife. The driver-to-driver features on offer appear to be much better than those of the competition.
