I usually do not write reviews but I had to for this nightgown/dress. I am 4"11 and weight 150 pounds and the medium nightgown/dress comes to my ankles and with the slight slide slits gives me movement. The top fits perfectly and the little rolled cap sleeves gives it a more feminine look. The fabric is fabulously soft and comfortable and keeps me cool in the summer withots of air flow. I sleep better in these because it is not all cotton and moves with my body. Based on the reviews, I ran to the grocery store on day in it and did not feel self conscious at all in fact, I have purchased a few more to wear out and while working. I can sit outside and drink my coffee and not worry that I am in my PJs. I can't recommend these enough!
