The thing is very thick and you can definitely feel it on your skin. It doesn't dry out, you can still feel it on my face in the morning, so it seems to me that when I'm sleeping on my stomach, it just rubs off. But, my god, this thing moisturizes! My rosacea starts on my cheeks so this area is very textured. I apply it at night and the textured area is so smooth when I wake up. So if you can handle the sticky feeling I highly recommend it!
