Edit: The company contacted and offered a refund for the product. Customer service is definitely an added plus for this product. Original: Pump parts don't stay in place well. The part that makes this nursing bra special is that you have to move the pump fabric to expose the nipple, it just gets in the way. I will only pump this bra when my other pump bras are in the wash. With this bra I have to sit very still or hold the pump in place. Overcomes the goal of having a pump bra.
