I received this bag yesterday and was so excited to try it. The sizing and product description are pretty accurate and I was happy with how the bag looked when I took it out of the box. This was short lived though as I discovered that 2 of the zippers were completely broken and there was also a very large (we're talking longer than my arm's length here) spool of gray thread? The big gray spool of thread in the bag really confused me as there was no reason for it. Broker zips are a big bummer as they are now very difficult to use and zip/zip. The overall quality of the bag is okay - I wasn't very impressed with the quality for what I paid for it. If the zips hadn't broken on arrival I would have been much happier overall and would have still used the bag despite it being the perfect size for tossing things in and out when travelling/commuting.
