I guess they made a replacement like the first 3 along with the case, my daughter dropped it right off the couch and the screen broke 🙄 The volume on the tablet sucks! Offer it up, spend the same or $20 more and find a used Samsung tablet or iPad or something in decent condition. I'm sad I spent $80 on my daughter's first tablet and she can't even hear what she's watching on YouTube. The speaker appears to be covered by a case, but is generally not that loud even when removed.
