Review on 🦢 Medium Posterior Night Splint for Effective Plantar Fasciitis Relief by William Pacino

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The first solution that really helps with severe plantar fasciitis.

My girlfriend uses it for severe plantar fasciitis. After a year of classes and insufficient stretching, she has gotten to the point where she can barely walk and has constant, severe pain in her right leg. She's tried bolsters, compression stockings, ice packs, topical muscle relaxants and more, but these hoops are the first product that can really make a noticeable difference. She can now walk normally (instead of limping on her right leg) after about 5 nights. The problem with plantar fasciitis is that you heal damage caused during the day while you sleep, and when you (like them) sleep with your toes out, your muscles along the back of your foot heal in a shortened state. The splint forces you to keep your toes elevated, allowing your muscles to recover in a longer lasting state and not tearing again the first step. If you have similar severe plantar fasciitis, GET IT! If you are like her and your podiatrist has sold you insoles that don't match your shoes, be aware that these custom made insoles will cost you much more and are therefore more beneficial to you than these cheap but effective splints. Don't listen to them, take these tires or something. Now for the cons: They're pretty bulky. If you are a light sleeper, you will lose sleep because of them. A few nights later we bought a second tire to protect from the first one because her left foot was damaged by hard plastic. They also make it very difficult to keep your feet under the covers, so wear socks. Finally, you can expect the healing process to transfer the pain and tension from your plantar fasciitis to your calves and ankles, so be prepared to constantly stretch them.
