The ease of use is amazing! It's so intuitive that you can easily learn how it works without much help from anyone else at all (that I know). There are many ways for customization which makes this program very flexible if used with other programs such as Excel or any database software out there like Access etc.. If only they had more customer service personnel who could assist customers when needed then we would have no complaints about anything really because everything was handled professionally. We were able solve our issues pretty quickly once we got over them by just using their website but sometimes problems get passed down through different levels until finally someone gets around to solving them after days/weeks later than expected.
