Great scarf and great customer service!
A beautiful scarf is a great present for my fiancé. The box it comes in is very nice but it was a bit damaged with dents and such (probably happened during transport but they were still happy to help). I contacted customer service to see if they could send me a new scarf box and they were very happy to help and sent me a new box. It's a great scarf and Christmas gift so of course I just wanted it to look perfect. I am very happy with this purchase and the customer service I received!
