So this bag was for my husband on his travels as he was in dire need of a replacement. I'm glad I checked it out as the cord inside is literally almost cut in half. The book bag came folded like a sandwich (no problem, just wondering what they chose). Also, the headphone hole at the top isn't even a fully open hole. You have to cut it open to open it (again, it's not a big deal, but I'm glad I saw it). After looking through the rest of the bag it seems to be of good quality and I would happily try again by returning this one and buying another one. But just a warning to other people to make sure you check the bag so you don't have a cut cord either :/.
