In the recent past, I made a purchase of shooting gear from RUSFOL; however, my overall experience with the company was less than satisfactory. The website was difficult to navigate, and as a result, I had a hard time locating the items that I was searching for. After a long search, I was eventually able to locate what I was looking for, but when I placed my order, I was informed that the item was no longer available and that it would take several weeks to restock. When I contacted customer support, I did not get a response for several days, which made the situation even more frustrating. When I did finally hear back, the responses I received were unhelpful and were delivered with a dismissive attitude. It was abundantly obvious that the representative working in customer service was not interested in helping me find a solution to my problem. When it did eventually appear, my order was in poor condition and was missing one of the items that had been promised. I attempted to get in touch with RUSFOL once more, but they did not get back to me at all. My interactions with RUSFOL were negative on the whole, and as a result, I would not recommend their services to anyone.
