These work great at keeping the snow out of my boots but they are not idle for my situation. I use them daily, putting them on and off several times, when we have a lot of snow on the ground (about 1/4+ of winter where I’m at). But they are not convenient to put on as each time you have to re-thread the buckles. So most of the time I don’t even bother with them and just leave the bottom under shoe one loose enough to slip on and off.
