Good value for money - great protection but oversized. 1 year later no damage to Chromebooks.

UPDATE: I bought 4 of these cases (triplets plus their sister). All 4 cases are still in excellent condition. Since schools closed last spring due to Covid (and still haven't reopened), Chromebooks and their cases are being used heavily at home. Much to my surprise, the Chromebooks weren't affected - the photo shows identical triplets, now 12 years old, wanting to do nothing but eat and play on the computer 24 hours a day in a small crowded house. Cases protect Chromebooks well. Love falls, but what happened to the price? - now 4 times more than a year ago. None of these have been shipped to school yet so I don't know how they will fit in the new backpacks I bought (the biggest ones I could find). ORIGINAL TESTING. Bought Lenovo 11.6" Chromebooks for my grandkids for Christmas. I saw this case and bought one to test. It offers really good protection and looks nice. The Chromebook is great for it. However, this makes the Chromebook too big to fit in a grandson's backpack. When using a Chromebook, the flap sometimes bothers me (like the cover flap. I'm sure I'd get used to it easily if I used it all the time. Nice bar that surrounds the Chromebook/Laptop. It has a handle but I wouldn't use it to carry a Chromebook. When you hold the case by the handle the hole faces down. It seems secure but I'm not sure how long that flap stays closed and keeps the Chromebook in the case and off the floor.
