I am giving this product this rating because my light didn't last 2 days before the problems started. Insert new batteries to start; Put another set of batteries in motion, the light will work by itself and light up once or not at all. I kept moving the batteries thinking the connection was the problem. I came to the conclusion that something was wrong in the headlight housing. It was cheap and I took a chance! I didn't return it but I should have. Other things took precedence over the bathroom lights! Hope that helps. My daughter bought a flashlight and it worked great, thanks to her I even knew about the light and knew that it worked all the time (change batteries as needed)! I guess it's true, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose', I'm confused! I hope other customers have no problems! Much luck.
