straps are excellent. I seem to be very long lived. I've used them in a short time and the clasps hold up well. The only potential issue I've noticed is that after a while, half of the adjustable buckles move a little and the belt isn't as tight as I'd like it to be. When I adjust the clasps, I hold them as tight as I want for a while and then adjust them again the next time I go to the bathroom. Would buy again.
