I've never owned Bluetooth headphones. This one gets excellent reviews so I'm ordering it for a long trip. Comes with a nice case, another pair of headphones and a standard USB charging cable, but no instructions. Is it supposed to be common sense? It's multifunctional, just one button. I have no idea how to deal with this and we're all ready to go. Customer pictures (by Psychotria Elatra) and other customer reviews show the INSTRUCTION MANUAL. Okay ok so I'm going to the website to print out the manual before I go. But, you know what? The guide is empty. So there is a HELP video, but guess what? Just tells you how to turn on the device and establish a Bluetooth connection. Guess what again, the video for my model is not true! The USB socket is very tight and the micro USB has to be inserted with a lot of force. It was so powerful I was afraid of breaking the tiny plastic earpiece. At least it wasn't really free. Revain blocks me from posting comments so I can't ask questions. So now the trip has to be postponed (to watch a youtube video on how to use it and write my own guide) or I have to return the item and go to the mall and buy another unit. Very unpleasant. ---------------- So after reading, watching videos and taking notes, I was able to get a general idea of how the device works. Pairing: easy to connect. Landing: not uncomfortable but doesn't feel safe. However, it stays in place during any activity. It sticks out of my ear much further than I would prefer. People notice this immediately and think I'm wearing a hearing aid. Range: Much better than expected. Easily moves beyond 30ft but is limited by walls and doors (even at 10-15ft). I maintained a clear connection of audio files over 100 feet away in a hospital intensive care unit bombarded with electrical and Wi-Fi equipment. Impressive because the maximum range is listed in 30 feet. Sound: sharp and clear even from a long distance (same hospital). Strange: Passing through the electronic doors triggers a brief interruption, followed by a language switch to Chinese. If you return through the same doors, the language will not change back to English. The language is currently still Chinese because I did not receive the operating instructions/instructions. I don't know how to solve this problem but it still works. Lag: There is sometimes a slight lag when watching videos on a Fire tablet. If these earphones had an instruction manual, a correct instruction manual, I would be happy with the device (I think). I have found several guides for this model but they do not fully work. For example, the power on and pairing instructions I found are written half backwards (yes they are for the correct model). The flashing does not match the instructions and key hold time. So far I have unintentionally broken off every call. Booking for the trip was pointless. I think I'm risking breaking the law now. This works fine for listening to movies, music and other audio files. Just turn on the device and it starts working. The sound level is controlled by the transmitter. Turn off the headphones and the transmitting device will stop playing the movie, song or file. Sometimes when you turn off the transmitting device or stop/pause the music, the video will trigger the headphone to auto shut off if it doesn't detect any transmission for a period of time. Time. Sometimes the headphones won't turn off even if it's the same file on the same transfer device. Not critical, but I like consistency. In any case. Despite all the downsides, I really like the range, clarity, and ease of use of music and video from the transmitting device. I'm increasing my rating to three stars. Not being able to use it with phone calls (my main reason for ordering) should be more than a two star deduction, but other than that it works so well it gets a three.
