Review on Wacom Graphics Drawing Software Included by David Banks

With refurbished and like new items, I have a lesson to learn - it's never worth saving a few bucks. Like the other reviewer, I was unable to receive my product after the registration process. I connected the tablet and installed the drivers, but nothing happened automatically when registering the product as expected when the tablet was connected to the computer via USB. Keep getting an error message, contacted the seller, I was sent to Wacom. Tech support couldn't help and sent it back to the seller. In the meantime I ordered a new tablet in the box because it was December 19th and there was no way I could give my daughter a DOA tablet as a Christmas present. I connected a new one and voila - just a few windows press "I accept" and the tablet is registered and all 3 programs are installed. Now I'm waiting for "approval" to send back another tablet.
