I originally ordered a toner replacement kit that came with the printer. I was happy with the price. When I installed the toners, I printed a document and it had a ghost image on it. I restarted the printer, calibrated and cleaned it, and tested it again. When I checked again, he did the same. I received printer cleaning sheets and thought it was my fault. I ran several sheets with no effect. I then contacted the company with my request. They didn't respond at all until I said I would leave an honest review of the toner. When they replied they sent the new toners through Revain very quickly and told me to get rid of the bad ones. The first few prints turned out well. and over time i noticed the problem came back but not that much. However today I am trying to copy a document and I get a ghost image which is so unusable that I had to write this review. Between my order and today I received a second printer, exactly the same, with original toner, I swapped the toners and the original toner does not dissolve, but with refurbished from this company, problems. My urgent recommendation: Only buy original .
