The most useful feature of power MTA is its ability to be used in combination with other services like Google Apps or Office 365, which makes it easier to manage multiple accounts at once. It's easy enough that anyone can use it without any training. There are some things about power MTA that I dislike - mostly the interface. Sometimes there isn't much helpful information displayed when you're looking through options, so finding what you need can sometimes take time. Also, if you want to make changes to settings after initial setup (like changing from IMAP to POP3), you have to go into each account separately and do one by one instead of just doing everything at once as intended. We've been using this service since before we had our own dedicated server set up, and even then was still able to communicate with all users' emails easily via this system.
