Totally unsatisfied. I have already sent it back for my refund. The assembly started out easy, but I had a hard time telling the difference between the screws in the instructions, plus it was weak in my opinion. I had a lot of trouble getting the last part where you join the two ends to get the screw in. My husband and I tried for a few days, even spent $30 on a tool for home storage, hoping it would help, but it didn't. Also, the wooden dowel broke in half. I contacted Dream on Me for a replacement. They sent me one for free but it was the wrong size, cost me 2 extra weeks of waiting. Finally I contacted them again and they sent the right one, one of them broke too! Then I asked her for help with the part I needed help with and I had to explain and send pictures a couple of times. It wasn't worth the trouble. The wooden center also didn't seem strong enough for my comfort. I love that this bed has rails on both ends, but that didn't work for me. I ended up assembling the crib I already had with just 4 screws and installed the toddler rail in a total of 5 minutes. This bed gave me a headache. Dissatisfied.
