Review on Playground for Kids: Jungle Gym Kingdom by Curby Alston

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great brackets and fun to assemble for DIY enthusiasts.

This is exactly what I expected. If you know anything about climbing or holds, that speaks for itself. There are no instructions on the packaging so be sure to watch the video if you don't know how to install the brackets. For my 3 year old, I installed them on a 1/2" thick sheet of plywood. It's strong enough to support my adult weight, but I haven't climbed as hard as just standing on a hold to test it I would wish the handles had more durable hardware and there were no voids behind the mounting holes. If they were designed that way I would mount them on 3/4" thick plywood and climb with my kids. Tips: Lay out the handles in the desired location and mark the holes in the handles where you will drill and mark the handles in the color you had at that location. First mark all the holes and then drill all the holes at the same time. Then on the back of the plywood, set all the nuts in place before driving them in. That saves time. Then it will be assembled according to your specifications.
