Tbh I was very disappointed that the screws and anchors were not in the box at all which probably made the installation even more difficult for me, I had to find my own screws and where the screws attach to the Wall and how the metal of the shelf brackets is bent or very difficult to fit on my drill to tighten the screws, I also wish the hooks were a bit longer, my cups barely hang which is very annoying so I probably won't be using that I originally planned which makes me sad, but I'm sure I'll find another place to hang it to keep less valuable items on it, in case it falls, I don't have to worry about it breaking goes
