Really like this case. When it's on my desk, it looks just like a notebook. People mistake it for one when I wear it. iPad also turns off when you close the lid. The triangular back works great too, just like the original Apple cases. The only downside is that it's a bit thick as it has a plastic stand for the entire iPad making it about as thick as my 2nd gen iPad with an Apple case. Now that Apple is willing to charge $50 for thin magnetic smart cases, I can live with something thicker.
