Review on ⌚ SEIKO Men's SNK789 SEIKO 5 Automatic Stainless Steel Watch - White Dial by Rachel Ellis

SNK789 is my second Seiko 5, the first is a very useful SNK809. Out of the box, the SNK789 is really great; Stock photos do not reflect the dial, which is less "white" and more pearlescent cream. There is also a very small sole/sunburst finish that extends from the center of the dial to the inner edge of the indices. The tags themselves are faceted and highly polished, although not to the degree of sharpness you'd find on something more expensive like the SARB035. The watch comes on a folded link strap which is of decent quality and finish for the price. . I'm not a fan of bracelets so my first modification was to add a Hirsch Buffalo bracelet. I later replaced the Hardlex crystal with a domed sapphire crystal and it *really* makes the watch stand out. I'm holding back one star as my watch runs relatively fast and I don't expect the average buyer to be comfortable. make the necessary adjustments. The clock is smaller which adds a bit of traditional style. This is not a fashion watch and does not claim to be one. i respect it Conclusion: I would buy this watch again and would recommend it to anyone who wants a stylish, serious watch from a trusted, reputable brand.
