The attached photos show how I normally wear this clip. I do it so that I can easily access my cards without removing the entire clip. I have 9 accounts and 6 regular cards and 2 paper insurance cards contained in a paper envelope. I really like the sleeve as it organizes my cards (especially the small insurance cards) and keeps the money from moving around as the paper has a good texture. As you can probably see there is a loose thread on the paper envelope, but I've had this loose thread since I first bought it. He didn't move at all. I really like this money clip as it minimizes the bulk and doesn't have the wing that most money clips have that goes up to slide the money. This design makes it look very flat in my pocket, which is what I was looking for in a minimalist money clip/wallet. It has survived multiple washes and fallen out of my truck many times.
