For the longest time I wondered why I couldn’t get much output when I pumped, turns out, the flanges that came with both of my pumps were WAY too big! I have no idea why the big brands don’t carry a variety of sizes. I was using a 24 and needed a 17! This has made a huge difference in how much milk I get as well as eliminated the soreness I was getting. Works great and fits my medela and my Lansinoh pumps. I plan to buy a couple more sets and extra bottles so I can have spare parts and not be constantly sterilizing daily.
