I love using henna. Last year I used Light Mountain's Red (with a fox) and it was the perfect shade for me. But this time I wanted to try something darker and maybe a little more red than orange, so I went with burgundy. Unfortunately, I feel like this product doesn't produce the burgundy color I desire most. It made my hair more chocolate brown. I've lost a lot of the red I was hoping for and I've lost the red I had. Luckily, henna is something I'm not afraid to re-dye. Some time later, during the winter holidays, I may try to bring back the red cast with Light Mountain Red. I'm glad the henna doesn't damage my hair after a few uses, but it will make it darker than I initially intended.
