I've used Orb before and while it was good initially the 'High Density Foam' went bad after about a year. It went from a ball to a bean shape and wasn't hitting my quads, flutes, hips and erector spinae like it used to. The NIKE Recovery Ball is way better than the Orb, it's made out of really thick ABS and rubber and I knew right away that this was what I was looking for. I've only used it to roll out some of my flutes and back muscles and it feels like foam again. Remember, lathering doesn't have to be LOTS of fun, but you'll feel some relief afterwards. Very happy with this product, buy it instead of Orb if you are considering it.
