Attractive, but firm

Attractive, but very firm. I don't feel any springs or boards, but whether sitting or sleeping, cushion is very firm. Added 3inch down topper, that softened comfort, but still firm base. Next I will try memory foam topper, but will need to cut to fit, as sizing is smaller than advertised twin. Also, while one of the reasons I chose this chair was based on the narrow armrests (for a smaller footprint) I'm disappointed that the rounded shape and raised seam on top of the armrests makes them unusable.
