The vacuum cleaner is very durable and easy to use. It has a good design and feels good in the hand. It is strong enough and effectively removes dust and other debris from places where you don't need it. It's easy to use and it charges via USB-C (yes!). The downside is that it just stops working for no apparent reason and I have to briefly plug it into a charger to get it working again. It's not because the battery is low or dead; It works from normal (green light) to not responding to pressing the power button until I turn it on for a few seconds and then turn it off, after that it works fine. I didn't find any pattern in it. My wife has been using it a lot recently and it's happened a few times with a fully charged battery. If it weren't for the above issue, this would be a five star product. I give it a three because I can't rely on it and if I don't have my charger with me I'm dead in the water if it stops working because nothing will make it work again if you can't plug it in/ deactivate .
