The tulle is very soft but you can see a VERY uneven area in the photo that was not trimmed properly and should never have passed quality control. If done right, I understand why it got such high marks. I ordered champagne for color comparison, it's on the left. My mother's 40 year old "antique ivory" veil that I'm trying to combine is on the right. At the very white table they are sitting at, you can see that the color of the "champagne" is all white. I would call it somewhere between white and ivory, not sure if it should be called champagne.
