The best thing about xGen Plus, it has an excellent support team which always responds to your queries very quickly without any delay or hesitation at all times! I am satisfied by their services as they provide you value for money solutions compared other email providers available out there such us Microsoft Live Mail etc., Also when we have technical issues its resolved immediately within few hours only instead of waiting days/weeks then again contacting them after sometime if not solved properly!! Support Team response time should be improved upon but overall everything was good except minor glitches here nthere once every now&then while using this product though nothing serious just some small bugs occurred sometimes during my usage period so far no major issue faced yet.

Nothing much specific from me apart form these points mentioned above would recommend others too tryout because otherwise most likely u will end up wasting ur precious resources since many companies are trying hard nowadays to.
