I used this skirt for my Harley Quinn halloween costume, and it was PERFECT. The waist was very stretchy and comfortable. I am normally a size 10, 32” waist and ordered a large to be safe, it would have fit someone larger with ease. It is opaque, vibrantly colored, and has a lot more volume than I was expecting (which was a good thing!). It is very long (I am 5’7” and it was still too long for me), so I had to cut it for the second party I went to as it had been stepped on the night before, but it was so perfect otherwise I didn’t mind. It smelled when it first arrived, but I hung it in a guest room and it aired out in just a few hours, so that was fine too. Overall I couldn’t recommend this skirt more!
