I love this product because it makes working with our clients much easier by saving us time in formatting documents for them! It's also great that they have a team out there who are super amazing too! This software has made my work life so much better not only as an admin but even just sending things back and forth between each other! We've been using this program since 2014 now and have never had any issues or complaints about their products. They do everything you need when creating your accounts/subscribers and are easy to navigate through. The support staff responds quickly whenever I need assistance from them whether its over email, live chat or phone call. Definitely try their demo version if you're considering purchasing one of their services. Nothing really - it works exactly how we want without being able to customize anything yet. As soon as they release another option we will update here. I love how easy it was for me as an admin to set up my accounts in this system so that everyone could access them, very simple! The layout of the screens are perfect - no one area feels like you're stuck scrolling endlessly or clicking through pages when using the system. Sometimes there's bugs but they fix those quickly too. We have been able to streamline our processes with this software. It also made keeping track of tasks much easier than before.
