My changing kit arrived without a hat, mittens and burp cloth. I have a matching blanket for the appointment and I really wanted a hat for the hospital photos when my baby was born. I contacted support and they responded quickly with multiple solutions. They quickly sent a new package and I am very happy with the diapers and accessories! The diaper is too big for a newborn, 3-6 months too big, but other than that it is of excellent quality and very soft.
