MAC M1 TB3 write speed under 500MB/s

Disappointed with the write speed as it is equal or slower than my external SSDs. Read speeds are as expected, but write speeds are not as claimed here or other reviewers. However, one person here was able to get over 1kB/s with Windows. But for me, the write speed on a Mac Mini M1 with the included TB3 cable (or shorter TB3/4 cables) is only up to 430MB/s. Too slow for my workflow.
