I wanted to use it as a DEX dock for my S10+ and it works as long as you turn on the hub first and then plug it into your phone. While the DEX experience has changed from the S8 and S9+, the S10+ offers two different options: one is the classic DEX, which displays the phone's desktop and apps on the monitor. Windows 10 offers a second option where the DEX connection interacts with the Windows app and offers a different experience. I haven't tried it, but it mentions when connecting via "classic" DEX.
