I'm almost 5ft 8 and weigh 149lbs. My pant size is 4-6 and most shirts run small. I have a 34D and instead ordered a size M in my usual small size after reading the reviews on the upper. and I'm glad I chose Mediumm. The top is definitely a little too small as other reviews have said but I wouldn't worry too much if you aren't bigger than D, it's still pretty much true to size. Overall cute, not the best quality as it has some manufacturer flaws (if you have OCD don't understand this. Small details in the seams and fabric might bother you. They bother me a little), some of the lower pleats at the Bind and looks a bit bulky but you get what you pay for.
