The support team has been very helpful in answering our questions along with other technical issues we have faced as well! We are currently using their services to produce video courses that provide more information about different topics related to healthcare such as COVID-19 pandemic or hospital systems among others.

They also help us reach out potential customers through social media channels like Facebook Live etc. I don't really see something bad here but rather they could improve further by adding new features/modules (such as surveys) which will be even better than what's offered at this moment. Great product if you deal directly within health care sector and want professional quality videos produced quickly without going too much into detail of your project itself.
