Review on Squigle Tooth Builder Sensitive Toothpaste by Thomas Mertz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Six days of my temperature and pressure sensitivity are almost gone

As a result of dry mouth, I have been suffering from rapid caries for 4 years. I received this product 1 day earlier than promised and brushed my teeth as soon as I received it. I found the taste pleasant and indescribable. I love that I don't have to wait for the mint flavor to fade before eating. I've never liked the minty taste of most toothpastes. When I'm done brushing my teeth, I no longer have a distinct taste in my mouth. Some reviewers have mentioned that this toothpaste doesn't foam as much as regular toothpaste - I disagree. For me it foams like regular toothpaste. Maybe it's the amount used - I cover the bristles of the toothbrush with a line from end to end, maybe not. I also disagree with reviewers whose teeth don't appear clean. I feel smooth, I also chew xylitol-sweetened gum and take xylitol mints to produce saliva, which adds to the all-day clean feeling I've experienced. and temperature sensitive. I had another filling retouched the same day. It was also sensitive to pressure and temperature. I have been dealing with temperature sensitivity for at least 10 years. Nothing seemed to work forever. While my sensitivity was moderate compared to some other reviewers, the idea of chewing on ice or digging into ice cream teeth was intimidating at first. During the first two days I noticed that the area on my front tooth that had started to become translucent was reduced. The temperature sensitivity of the front teeth also decreased significantly. My fillings were still sensitive to temperature and pressure, but I found it easier to slowly chew crunchy stuff. Today, less than a week later, the pressure and heat sensitivity from one of my most recent fillings is completely gone. The tooth, which still feels a bit sensitive to temperature, is completely in the back of my mouth because the filling was retouched 12 days ago. I suspect it was less affected than the other teeth by my brushing last week. I think I will pay more attention to this tooth over time. Overall, I didn't expect this toothpaste to work as quickly, and I didn't expect it to work better than Sensodyne and other sensitive toothpastes I've used over the years. . Before buying this toothpaste I did a lot of research about my dental problems. As a result, I bought this toothpaste to remineralize my teeth (this is part of the overall strategy). After six days I can only say that I am delighted with my results. While I think this is a great product, I don't think that using this toothpaste (or any other toothpaste) alone will effectively reduce tooth sensitivity. Sensitivity is a sign of an underlying issue and I think it is important that you know your underlying issue before placing any expectations as to the effectiveness of this product.
