good size and good features for a large bag but key component is poor for travel

Overall product is good but I bought it for travel and the suitcase arm attachment is terrible. Open the back of the suitcase to get through the luggage lever. The problem is that it's very loose and the body can tip over etc. The bottom line is it's sloppy and they've never had to test it to see how effective it would be if it were light weight. .
