It sticks and is really waterproof.
I love this ribbon. Finally something that really sticks to the skin. I sweat a lot and other records are broken immediately. Not this tape. It lasts for days. The longer I had an app, it's almost a week. It has helped my achilles tendons and ankles to heal. I was training regularly and I needed something that didn't work right away. I shower with it and no problem.
