A few years ago I started using Costco bar towels in my home. We quickly bought more when we realized we would be saving hundreds of rolls of paper towels each year. We save $ and paper. It can be argued that you use energy to wash these towels, but this is only a fraction of the water, energy, paper pulp and bleach used to make paper towels. These towels are way better than Costco! They are fluffy and absorbent. You can wash them 100 times and they will still work great. My only reservation about calling this a bar towel is that as bartenders we have never used white towels. They were either blue or white with a blue stripe. I'm just saying.
