If you have stuff it charges, you need it. The reduction from 3 to 4 cables to a single charging station brings great satisfaction. Unlike my portable chargers, I use this at night so I haven't checked or tested the power output. It also helps me to understand when I've forgotten something when I go to bed. If I left my airfields in the car, when I put the rest of my stuff in the charging station, I realize that the airfield area is empty. Since I switched from wired charging, I've never had them in the middle of the day because I never forget to charge them at night. My favorite thing about it is so insignificant but important to me. The charge indicator is a cool looking ring of light around the base and next to the airfoil pad is a printed icon that you can press to turn the light off if you're sleeping next to it and don't want all your modern stuff lighting up in your bedroom. The only downside is that the indicator shows whether or not it's charging as a whole rather than individual devices. Although I really don't care. Another great thing is that you don't have to buy a separate charger for your Apple Watch like you have to do with many competing products. Reduces the current price by half. In general, I can't live without a charging station anymore now that I've changed my daily routine.
