The quality is at zero, very sorry for the money spent.
It was simply wrapped in paper and did not come in a branded box. They accepted it as a present, although of course this is not a gift, and a product that does not come packaged in a branded packaging does not instill confidence. The bottom of the thermos has a few scuffs and scratches in it. Due to the complicated nature of the return mechanism, I was forced to keep it for myself (although I do hope that it will maintain its warmth to the extent that was claimed). In the event that things did not go as planned with the present.
