There are a few things I didn't work on during installation. First, the microfiber cloth that should be used to clean the screen is made from the lint in your dryer. Honestly, it's better to use a piece of toilet paper than microfiber. The entire screen was covered in dust. I also had a few issues when it came time to install the glass. First, the glass itself was slightly smaller than the screen. A few millimeters on each side would be nice. Second, the screen cracked in half during installation. It cracked when I leveled it and started putting it on my tablet. I used to put screen protectors on all my personal electronic devices with no problems. So yes, this product was disappointing. I would recommend another brand and stay away from this one.
